Every component of this dynamic comes together in the best interest of the ship to reach goals small and large. Imogene King inspired my philosophy. Her theory of goal attainment reminded me of a treasure map that guides the ship (patient) along their journey to their &#8220;X marks the spot&#8221; (goals).
