Cyber makes it very easy for victims and suspects to interact with each other in the online world. There are billions of online accounts ready to be hijacked for the benefit of the hacker. The internet basically is a big bridge for suspects and victims if they aren’t careful of what they post on the internet. People are constantly worrying about many suspects in the public eye but they always forget that the majority of them are online waiting for someone to become an easy target for an online crime. Many of these online criminals are waiting for credit card information to be processed through some pay wall and then steal a victims money. This is very easy compared to robbing someone in the street for their money. They don’t have to leave their own home to make thousands off of people that are also sitting at home trying to pay for something. This has become a popular trend in the community of crime with them now basing a lot of it online. It is plaguing the internet with them using these tactics making it a very unsafe space on the internet on some sites. This is something that people should take more seriously when it comes to what they put out on the daily. Most people don’t care what they post on the internet which can cause more damage to them then they can ever imagine. People are very naive when it comes to how easy it is to ruin your life when you are not careful doing what you do on the internet. Criminals love it because of how easy its becoming to fulfill their goals of crime because people are not careful enough when it comes to being a safe person on the internet. We need to help more of these people out.
