In my role as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of a company listed on the stock exchange, I would adopt a comprehensive strategy to guarantee uninterrupted system availability. To achieve this objective, we would employ several protective measures that encompass redundancy, disaster recovery preparation, DDoS attack prevention, load distribution management, incident response arrangements, ongoing supervision and evaluation procedures, patch administration protocols, and security education initiatives for employees and stakeholders alike. Additionally, business continuity planning and assessments of potential risks posed by vendors will be conducted. By implementing these diverse strategies collectively across our systems infrastructure, we can effectively shield against various threats while ensuring seamless operations in support of our business objectives and safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
