My name Yahyia Haider, but most people call me Yaya. I was born in Fairfax Virginia and i grew up mostly in northern Virginia. I was the first child out of my family who was born here in America. My parents and my two older brothers immigrated here some time in the late 1990s. And i was born a bit after that. I always had a interest in tech growing up one of my earliest memories is playing a with a computer. I decided on cybersecurity because it felt like a good fit to me due to me naturally being interested in tech. I have worked at a decent amount of odd jobs. Including Chick Fil-a, Nando’s, and Alamo drafthouse. Those were important experiences for me because it allowed to me to get out of my comfort zone and face new challenges that i never fought before. It was an important learning experience for me and I’m glad i worked at those environments because i felt that i learned a lot.
