Fair?

During my first weekend here at ODU my friends and I were going to a party. Of course us not knowing better we went to parties in a huge groups. although, there was this one night when our large group just was not working out for us. Half of the girls that were with us left the group because one of the girls we were with decided to catch an attitude for no reason that night. I got frustrated with everyone that night so I left them all and walked alone to the party we were on our way to. That probably was not the smartest idea but I did not care. On my way to the party I calmed down and decided to wait and call my friends. While I was waiting for my friends I just so happened to be in front of a white frat party and I saw the cops pull up and just sit in their car. They were there, sitting in their cars, until my friends met up with me before they drove off. Keep in mind that not a single one of them got out of their car to talk to the owners about the noise or anything. my friends did not go to that party because it was by invite only and we were not invited. So we kept on walking down the street to the Black party we were intended on going to. By the time we get there the party had been shut down by the same cops that just sat in front of the party I was just standing in front of. This incident opened my eyes to the inequality out here at ODU.
