My intended major is Medical Laboratory Science. I chose this major because I’m interested in diagnosing and understanding diseases. I also aspire to become a hematologist, or a pediatrician, so I thought this would be a great pathway for me. Although I don’t have direct clinical experience yet, I’ll get there eventually! In the meantime, I am currently a blood donor ambassador at the Red Cross, where I assist with blood banking, which is a part of MLS.
