Before taking this class, I\nhad never made an eportfolio page, but it had its ups and downs. Overall, I\nfelt it was a very effective way to keep track of my writing progress\nthroughout the semester. Having everything I\u2019ve done over the semester in\none place is amazing, so I don\u2019t have to go through my computer to find something\nI did in the beginning of the semester. Having everything in one location also\nhelps the professor when it comes to grading or checking our work, so they don\u2019t\nhave to go on blackboard to find something. Having an Eportfolio also helped me\ngrow as a writer and become better over time. I was able to keep track of\neverything, look back over my work, and write these reflections and reflect on\nwhat I have written and how I can improve in the future. There are many positives\nabout using this, however, there were a few downsides I found while building an\nEportfolio. The first issue I had was building the website itself. It was so\nconfusing to set everything up the way I wanted it to be especially since it\nwas my first time making a website. There are so many minor things you can edit\nand hidden features that it was very overwhelming and not very user friendly. The\nsecond complainant I had was typing on the website itself, it felt awful\ncompared to word or google docs, so I\u2019m forced to write in those programs and\ncopy and paste over. When doing this the formatting can also get messed up sometimes.\nThose are the only two complaints I had when it came to build an Eportfolio.\nOverall though the experience was great and helped me become a better writer\nand keep track of everything I\u2019ve done over the semester.
