Hi, my name is Lexie Barbour and I am 21 years old. I went to a STEM school the last two years of high school and graduated with my Associates Degree of Applied Science. I stayed an extra year there and earned my Associates Degree in Human Services. I have worked for my local agency in the Child Protective Services unit for the last 2 years. I am a senior at Old Dominion University and my major is in Human Services. I am also a first generation college student in my family. I should graduate this December! I plan to continue my career at social services and move up through the agency. I am a very hard worker and do well under pressure. I plan to push myself to the best of my abilities and am doing well so far. This year so far, I have bought my first home and will be getting married in September. I strive for greatness and never let anything hold me back.
