About Me

As a Quality Engineer at STS Aerospace, I focus on bridging the gap between quality assurance and technical requirements while supporting alignment between product conformance, compliance, cost awareness, and production goals.
Early in my quality career, I was given advice that became foundational to my approach: “trust but verify.” Over time, that guidance shaped how I approach quality: asking why, understanding the intent behind requirements, and making sure our processes truly support the product.
That mindset has guided my growth from Inspector to Designated Supplier Quality Representative to Quality Engineer, and continues to drive how I support our teams, customers, production, and value streams today.
I work closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and quality through our cross-functional Quality Clinic and High Performance Production Team to resolve complex issues, support production, and drive continuous improvement.
I am also currently pursuing my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology to strengthen the technical foundation behind my quality decisions and better support engineering requirements, production needs, and business goals.
