About me

Hello, my name is Carlos Cruz Suárez, and I’m a graduate student majoring in Cybersecurity at Dominion University. I am 23 years old, and recently graduated with a double major in Criminal Justice and Cybercrime. With my Cybercrime degree, its addition to my education has taught me how to use programming languages like Python, as well as learn about the intricacies of networks and the devices used alongside them to either protect or exploit. My Criminal Justice degree has provided me with a strong understanding of legal, criminological, and law enforcement contexts. Additionally, I worked as an intern with the Old Dominion Police Department before entering my graduate studies. The e-portfolio will showcase my undergraduate skills in the following areas: Investigative Analysis, Research and Reflection, and Technical. Included in the e-Portfolio are also a resume and a reflection paper.
