My name is Nyomie Hamilton. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but moved to Yorktown, VA in 2016! I chose ODU because they have a great nursing program with many opportunities after graduation, plus it’s close to home. I really enjoy reading, playing the clarinet, playing video games and writing. Some fun facts about me is that I was in marching band for 7 years, my favorite games are Sims 4, The Last of Us and Minecraft and my favorite book is A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara! I’m also Jamaican!!
