Submit for the 2016 Student Capstone Conference

Old Dominion University and the Hampton Roads MS&V Community are looking forward to your participation in this conference. All students are required to submit either a full paper 4 to 8 pages in length– OR – a 1 to 2 page extended abstract. There will be one best paper and one best presentation award in each track. Only full papers can receive the best paper award. The authors should follow the paper Guidelines format for submitting full papers and extended abstracts.

PLEASE NOTE THE CONFERENCE DEADLINES

1. Submission Opens December 15, 2015.
2. Early Submission closes February 1, 2016. Track leaders will provide ‘enhanced’ feedback for all early submissions by February 29, 2016.
3. Normal Submission for extended abstracts and full papers closes EXTENDED -March 28, 2016  track leaders will provide feedback for all early submission entries by April 8,  2016. No new papers will be accepted beyond this date.
4. Authors will make necessary changes and resubmit the final version for final papers or final extended abstracts by April 11, 2016.
