The CLT Summer Institute is May 16-17 in the ODU Ted Constant Convocation Center.
The Summer Institute will include a special PFF workshop titled ‘OER the Right Way – The ‘right’ content, in the ‘right’ format, in the ‘right’ way.’
This workshop exposes graduate students to three key issues related to using open educational resources:
- How to select resources that provide the necessary educational content;
- How to leverage different formats – textbooks, journal articles, news articles, audio, video, etc. – to create a strong portfolio of open educational resources and affordable course content;
- How to ethically use open educational resources
Registration is FREE! More information and to register here: http://si.clt.odu.edu/
The PFF workshop counts as a PFF event towards PFF Certificate requirements, and participating in the CLT Summer Institute counts as a non-PFF event towards the Certificate requirements.
