When we were assigned the assignment we began by getting in contact with each other and exchanging names and numbers.  We then proceeded by setting up a date where we could all meet and talk about the project. The biggest issue with this was that one of our group mates was located in Florida and could not meet in person. So the three people that could meet wrote notes and would facetime the person in Florida so we could all communicate better. Then we established everyone’s jobs and began to work on the project. While some people researched the topic,  the others started to write the script for the video presentation. We then all met one last time to go over our presentation to double-check it for flaws and mistakes. When we were satisfied with it, one person recorded the video and turned it in. Working as a team can be difficult at times due to diversity. So to combat this you need to establish a leader and allow them to drive the conversations in the right direction. With this, any unnecessary conversations can be avoided and a more healthy conversation can be established.  While groups can be difficult sometimes I think its important to remember that you are all working towards the same goal.
