My interview was with Coach Tim Coogan, head football coach of Falls Church high school in Fairfax County, Virginia. I asked him three questions over the phone to get more insight about how he got into coaching as well as how he prepares for the competition. He provided useful information during the interview that aspiring coaches can take to become better leaders.
