Project focus was on analyzing FPY metrics for final inspection rejections, performing RCCA on top defects and improving rejections by 50% over the span of one year.


AS13001 – Delegated Product Release Verification (DPRV)

Issued: May 9, 2024 Expires: May 9, 2027

Completed the full AS13001 Common Training for DPRV Personnel and met the qualification requirements for AS9117 Delegated Product Release Verification. This certification authorizes delegated product release on behalf of multiple aerospace OEMs.


Pratt & Whitney – Laboratory Control at Source (LCS)

Issued: August 14, 2025 Expires: August 14, 2030

Completed advanced LCS training for finished parts, demonstrating strong capability in process control, verification, and compliance with Pratt & Whitney’s control of materials, processes, and parts.

  • Laboratory Control at Source system was established to expedite the release of material.
  • The LCS supplier exercises the control and performs the testing that would otherwise be done by Pratt & Whitney-Material Control Laboratory.
  • Certification involves ensuring requirements for controlling the chemical and metallurgical quality of product and product related materials are defined the MCL Manual.
