Hello- My name is Amber Samm and I am a Senior at Old Dominion University. I am studying Civil Engineering Technology and will graduate Spring 2027. I am currently working as a Tunnel Systems Engineer Intern as I have an interest in both transportation and environmental engineering. The study and understanding  of fluid mechanics is very important within these disciplines, particularly when designing and maintaining infrastructure that interacts with water and other fluids.
