Cyber technology impacts interactions between offenders and victims by providing two completely different fields which are protection and causing harm to users . Starting with the harm factors offenders hack into the software or technology and commit crimes such as hacking , cyberbullying or even to commit fraud . Although many people feel as these malicious acts are normal in today’s society it is not acceptable .With cyber technology it has become very easy for malicious people to gain access to people’s personal information because as we discussed before, humans rely on technology for everything from real life time communication to online banking . Which makes it very easy to become a victim , because of how much we rely on technology . However, being that technology has evolved the way it has , when becoming a victim of hacking or cyber bullying there are many resources . However most of the resources are online for example almost every big company has customer support online where you can get immediate information or feedback , online customer support can oftentimes be very annoying and this is because it is a robot so you can not get the human interaction that is most times needed .Although there is victim support that is not justifying the fact of how common becoming a victim of cyber technology is .Offenders work daily to improve ways that they can finds loopholes in networks and softwares to exploit them and while offenders work daily to complete that task victims are always struggling to just simply use their softwares and networks without feeling as they will soon to be a victim of cybercrimes. Cyber technology has transformed the way that criminals and victims interact, but its effects are dualistic. It increases vulnerabilities and risks while also providing chances for support and prevention. To lessen the negative impacts of cyber-related offenses, effective response techniques require continual improvements in cybersecurity protocols, law enforcement tactics, and victim care services.
