Teamwork

In my last three internships, I have worked with small teams, helping meet deadlines, manage client expectations, and build key soft skills. During my SOC-in-the-box project, we ran into several technical issues that required us to work together to create a solution. Ideas from everyone were shared until we had a solution that could be implemented.

Critical Thinking

While leading different projects, my team encountered various issues, prompting us to develop plans and resolve technical issues. One of my clients wanted the top 10 issues listed, along with patches and maintenance plans. Using skills from other jobs, I identified the most critical assets and created patch management plans that included downtime and backout plans in case of errors or issues.
