Hi everyone! My name is Brianna and I’m a sophomore here at Old Dominion University. My friends call me Brie, like the cheese, but I’ll pretty much answer to any variation of my name. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach and I currently live with my seven family members and two dogs. Since junior or senior year of high school I knew I wanted to major in psychology, and three years later, that’s still true. I’m minoring in business administration with the goal of pursuing a career in human resources of industrial/organizational psychology. My biggest goal right now is to graduate; after that, I have no concrete plans, which for me, is almost unheard of. I am so excited to be a part of this integrative learning community. When I enrolled in the class, I was kind of intimidated by the research project, but now that the class has started, I am actually excited to use my knowledge of psychology in a real-world application. Until this semester I’ve been focusing mostly on my general education credits. Now that those are mostly complete, I am beyond excited to really get into the world of psychology.
