Currently, I am a biology major that wants to research specific animal behaviors and what causes them, and so far cell biology has helped expand my knowledge by going into depth about the different processes inside living systems. This course broke down many processes such as transcription/translation, photosynthesis, the cell cycle, etc. which helped me understand how cells maintain homeostasis and keep living organisms running. The research portion of this class also helped me understand how to synthesize information from other sources while introducing my own opinions. Overall, this course helped me learn new information, as well as gain research skills for the future.
