Review the NICE Workforce Framework. Are there certain areas that you would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

When reviewing the NICE Workforce Framework, an area I’d like to focus my career most on would be “Protect and Defend”. It’s something I feel very passionate about and the idea of more hands-on technical work seems most appealing! Another area of interest for me would definitely be “Oversee and Govern” as I truly thrive in roles involving leadership or management. “Investigate” would also be a career focus that sounds quite interesting. Although through reviewing the framework, I don’t think there’s truly an area I’d refuse to focus on, but if I had to choose it would probably be “Collect and Operate.”
