To graduate I had to pick two classes outside of my major from a list to take. I saw a leadership class and decided to take it. I absolutely loved the class. The material was amazing and so inspirational for me to learn leadership skills and approaches. I was asked to make a presentation on what I had learned and there were so many key takeaways involved. This document highlights the major points I discussed in my PowerPoint presentation on what I had learned throughout the class. It is important in showing how individuals should want to become leaders and use leadership traits. These leadership takeaways from my class show how leadership traits, theories, and approaches do not always happen as planned. The class allowed me to learn that change is going to happen, and to become a great leader, you will have to be able to work around it.
