I am from Portsmouth, Virginia. I served in the U.S. Navy for over 22 years as an Operations Specialist. During this time I have been exposed to many different types of environments that require accuracy, effective communication, teamwork, situational awareness and attention to detail.

The Navy has provided me with the ability to monitor information, identify changes in operational conditions, provide timely communication of critical information and make timely decisions. All of these abilities will translate directly to Cybersecurity and Network Operations.

At present I am continuing my education at Old Dominion University. Some of my academic areas of interest include Cybersecurity, Cyber Law, Cybercrime, Network Operations, Security Operations and Digital Investigations. My professional strengths include Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Organization, Situational Awareness and Attention to Detail.

My ultimate objective is to combine my military experience and Cybersecurity Education to assist in providing secure and reliable Computer Networks and Information Systems.
