This course has shown me how much there is to cybersecurity. Cybersecurity does not just include technology. It includes people’s behaviors and decisions. It includes crimes, organizations, and societies. This course also taught me how social science theories can help describe cybercrimes, cybercrime victims, offenders’ behaviors, and cybersecurity practices. I also learned how different social science disciplines psychology, criminology, economics, and sociology can describe and/or explain many cybersecurity-related issues. This website contains some examples of my work and my cybersecurity presentation.
