A few recommendations to make your resume even stronger:

  • Change “Intended Bachelor’s Degree” to “Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration (Expected August 2026).” Since you’ve graduated or are completing your degree, “intended” is no longer appropriate.
  • Move your internship to the top of your experience section, since it’s your most relevant healthcare experience.
  • Replace “Organizational Proficiency” with “Organizational Skills”, which is more common and ATS-friendly.
  • Add Healthcare Research, Community Outreach, and Evidence-Based Research to your skills section, since you’ve now gained those through your internship.

These changes make your resume much more competitive for healthcare administration, project coordinator, research coordinator, hospital administration, and public health positions.
