• Tenure – Language added that part-time associate and assistant deans are not eligible to serve on tenure committees
• Promotion – Language added that part-time associate and assistant deans are not eligible to serve on promotion committees
• Family and Medical Leave Act Policy
• Military Leave
• Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Leave
• Emergency Disaster Leave
• School Assistance and Volunteer Service Leave
• Electronic Mail Policy for Official University Business (previously Electronic Communication Policy for Official University Business)

The policy on Civil and Administrative Leave has been removed from the ODU Teaching & Research Faculty Handbook because it does not apply to teaching and research faculty.
