  1. Why is it important to study a world language?

I feel its important to study french because it helps people communicate with others from different cultures and backgrounds. It also improves critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are valuable in both academic and professional settings. I believe knowing another language can create more career opportunities and help individuals better understand and appreciate diverse perspectives while also creating networking opportunities or friends in the future. 

  1. Why are you studying French?

I am studying french because it is a general education class that has to be completed for my degree, but french has always peaked my interest as far as the culture, food, and travel destinations.
