My name is Hannah McCoy. I’m from Hanover County, Virginia. I have a twin sister, older brother and my parents. I love trying new coffee shops and thrift stores, going to the beach, baking, pilates and overall spending time with my friends and family. I am a freshmen at Old Dominion University, my major is Health Services Administration. I decided to change my major from Public Health to Health Services Admin. because I felt like it truly narrowed down exactly what I wanted to pursue after college. I have experience in business and experience in healthcare from a patients perspective, but I’m looking forward to dive deeper into my intended major. I chose ODU because it really felt like a fresh start, I looked around and saw diversity, the city, new experiences, new relationships, and opportunities. I immediately wanted to get involved. I felt as though ODU was the change that was perfect for my growth as a student and young professional.
