I want to become a nursing major. Ever since I was young I have always gravitated to help people. As a toddler I loved playing doctor and as a teenager always been referred to as the ”mom friend”. My passion lied with caring and helping for people. I want to become a nurse to help people who need access to quality care and may not be able to afford it. To solidify my choice to become a nurse I completed a CNA certification course and put in over 120 hours in the hospital setting. After this experience I can completely say I am fully committed and passionate about becoming a nurse.
