- How do I get from my hotel to the conference site?
- The Springhill Suites located across the street from campus and is walking distance to all conference activities. Map with directions from Springhill Suites to Constant Hall
- The Sheraton Waterside is located in Downtown Norfolk. A shuttle will be provided from the Sheraton to Constant Hall. Shuttle Schedule
- Where can I park?
- Parking is available at the 49th Street Stadium Garage (4904 Bluestone Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508) on floors 3-5 ONLY. Please do not park in any of the clearly marked reserved spaces as those areas are enforced at all times.
- Where is the reception on Friday evening?
- The reception on Friday evening will be held in the Hampton and Newport News rooms of ODU’s Webb Center. Map with directions to the Hampton and Newport News Rooms
- Where are lunch and dinner on Saturday?
- Lunch and dinner on Saturday will be held at the Ted Constant Convocation Center in the Big Blue Room. Map with directions from Constant Hall to the Big Blue Room
- Where is lunch on Sunday?
- Lunch on Sunday will be held in the Scholarship Lounge at the Stadium. Map with directions from Constant Hall to the Scholarship Lounge
- Where is the group photo being taken?
- The group photo will be taken on the steps of Webb Center. Standing in front of Constant Hall and looking toward Webb Center, you will see three sets of steps. The photo will be taken on the center steps.
