Upon entering the Mobile Clinic, there is a chair located next to the counter where we conduct check-ins, complete patient paperwork, perform medical assessments, and take vitals.

This is where patient information is entered into our computer database to ensure each patient is properly checked in. We also have our supplies to conduct vitals in this area, along with tubes and needles for blood work stored within the drawers. A sharps container is also located here for safe disposal of needles and other sharp medical equipment used. For safety and security purposes, all drawers remain locked at all times and require a key for access.

This is our procedure room, where the patient and medical professional (RN, LPN, NP, DO, etc,.) can get further medical information, perform a full body assessment, and conduct more extensive examinations and procedures. This area is typically used for exams such as pap smears, physical exams, wound care assessments, and other preventative or follow-up medical evaluations.
Located within the blue and white drawers are medications and birth control. We also conduct infectious disease screenings such as TB test and HPV as well.

This is our office area, which can also serve as an additional procedure room when the Mobile Clinic has a high volume of patients. This area is typically used to review patient charts and paperwork completed during check-in. It is also where referrals processed and printed out for patient use. Private calls with patients’ primary care physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies can also be conducted in this area.
Additionally, this area stores provider PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), as well as an AED and CPR supplies in the event of a medical emergency.
