The law is constantly changing and evolving. It develops in response to societal and technological changes. It is, however, not changing quickly enough. In comparison to the fast evolution in information technologies, it lags far behind. Security risks and inadequate auditing are becoming increasingly widespread as technology advances. To avert such occurrences, new legislative regulations should be implemented. In the field of information technology, there are numerous forthcoming developments in a variety of sectors Cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Coding, and so on are examples of these technologies. With legal regulations, methods, and tactics, the legal system must keep up with these changes.

In order to keep up with the rapid advancements in technology, the government must enact some restrictions. Possible illegalities will be avoided in this way. Many developing countries have had no laws in place since the early Middle Ages. The legal system should be open to new ideas and be updated to meet the demands of the era. To be changed, the legal system must first be built on a solid foundation. Our legal system should be able to promote emerging technology while also preventing criminal elements from destroying these fundamental building blocks.

Governments attempt to examine all elements of developing technology and to carefully analyze and balance their impact and implications. The development of a structured legal system to keep up with advancements is not restricted to governments alone. Because new technologies have worldwide ramifications, it’s critical to be open to new information and elements, such as government and trial programs based on data and statistics. It should also be flexible enough to adjust if targets aren’t met. Rather than adopting new standards to tighten cybersecurity guidelines, the US government has created a widely recognised best practice.

As technology advances, a significant security vulnerability emerges. Furthermore, the government finds it difficult to analyze and regulate these technologies. To avoid these problems,the government should create new regulations and inventions that take into account security, sustainability, and human needs. The government should undertake a long-term, investigative, and innovative strategy. New ways should be established in response to these conditions and since technological growth has such a huge impact on the world these new restrictions must be enacted on a global and local level.
