This project gave me the opportunity to connect with a sport professional and gain real insight into the industry. I interviewed Tempestt Brevard, who currently works as a Fiscal Specialist for ODU. Through this conversation, I was able to learn about their career path, daily responsibilities, and advice for students like myself who are interested in pursuing a career in sports. Overall, this project helped me connect classroom knowledge to real-world experience. It gave me a clearer picture of the sports industry and motivated me to continue building my skills and network.
