• In my course study on diversity, I was able to learn and respect the differences of others. Diversity has helped me to become cultural competent. 
• Social inequality is still present today. When I did my assignment on social inequality, this made me realize that training is still needed in this area in order to promote equality overall. 
• By acknowledging and respecting the differences of others, I am able to work in a team structure. I am aware of biases and stereotypes. I am able to express my opinions and able to respect the opinions of others. 
• This experience will relate to my future goals as a professional. By recognizing the biases and stereotypes, I am able to speak on these matters if diversity is not being promoted in the workplace.
