Kapwing opened my world up as an educator and future librarian. I’ve been using Zoom with my side freelance work a lot because not only can you record but you can host quite nicely. I already was familiar with zoom. I used this system a lot in both online education and other freelance work that I’ve done. What I liked more about Kapwing was basically just the user face.

With Zoom, I find that you kind of are already recording and then you are better off using the system’s editing software whereas, with Kapwing, everything is kind of already in there. I also liked what I saw was happening as far as like creating more scenes. Scene creation can really make you a lot of money in the realm of online education if you are creative enough. I actually think I’m going to create a class that allows me to go in and out of this kind of like seeing as I can definitely do the story that I did with more technology using Kapwing. I wasn’t a super big fan of the other programs because I am such a big fan now of Kapwing. I do think Zoom videos are clearer and already do better lighting for you. It does better sound recording as well in my opinion. It more than makes up for what you’re missing. I’m a little behind this week so I would like to explore this even further and the future but please check out the video that I made and give me some feedback especially on Invicta sound lighting and useful from the Kapwing material thank you.

  1. You have intrigued me, and I am now going to take a look at Kawping. Like everyone else, I feel like I know Zoom well, and I appreciate how easy to use it is for someone with only basic skills (ie, me, haha!). Kawping sounds like it could make presentation more interesting, though. Thank you for the tip, Jasmyne!

  2. I would love to get to know kapwing more, this was my first experience with it and it was kind of overwhelming!
