The free opportunity of learning new abilities with cyber technology opens the chance of someone who loses sight of the main objective and would rather use it for other purposes. Someone in a work facility may use their cyber knowledge and leak someone’s private info of their life which in of itself even opens vulnerability exploit opportunities, but this may be done as a way of cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is nothing unheard of as it happens even out of workplaces. In a workplace however, where it’s a more professional setting and cyber tech is more advanced; more harm can be done with bullying should one want to use it for that purpose.  Permissions in access only to misuse it is detrimental to just the professionalism setting alone and much more on top of that since it goes against their role in securing technology.

But even if this behavior wasn’t present in the work facility, all of the technology we know of today and see, was created and programmed by humans and is able to be destroyed by humans, and human error is something that cannot be avoided or fixed by any means. However, controlling it and minimizing loss comes from implementing policies that are necessary to counteract human mistakes and lessen the asset loss.
