My Response: I want to focus my career on implementation, operation, protection, and defense. By doing this it offers me a direct, hands-on role in safeguarding systems and networks. For someone like me, the appeal lies in actively defending against threats and ensuring systems run securely. Implementation and operation involve a lot of problem-solving and real-time decision-making, which I find exciting. I like the idea of seeing my efforts immediately impact the safety of an organization. On the other hand, development and design seems fare more abstract and focused on creating systems rather than actively defending them. While I respect the importance of these tasks, I prefer working on the front lines, responding to security challenges.
