- Developing a protocol to conduct my observations making a check list, questions that will used at my interview and survey questions for ForKids, Inc., For my Observation with Forkids Inc., I will be using observations, interviews and surveys to determine the success rate of the agency. Using interview protocol during my observation will allow me to delve deeper into subjects of interests. I will be able to ask follow-up questions or clarification to what the respondents is saying. Plus, the interviews will allow me use to open-ended questions while the surveys are more structured. While surveys protocol will provide me with the static sometime the respondents may not feel encouraged to provide accurate, honest answers or they may not feel comfortable providing the answers that might present them as unfavorable.
