My writing has become a lot better from being in Univ. 150. Writing essays has become a lot easier for me and although I still have trouble writing an essay, having an outline helps me when I write. I received a 3 on my midterm. When I looked over my midterm I had some punctuation errors; so that tells me when I write my final I need to make sure I do not have those errors. For the final exam I will write an outline and make specific points and then write my essay. When I am done with my essay I will look over it and check for “you” and shifts in person because that is one if my weaknesses.

If you move to another state, which one would you choose?

If I move to another state I would choose North Carolina because it is beautiful there and I have gone to the Outer Banks every summer and I would love to explore more into North Carolina. I have been to North Carolina State University a handful of times and I love being there. NC has history and it is like a second home to me. NC is not too cold during the winter but it is hot during the summer.

Who is the one relative I miss the most.

I miss my papa the most. Two years ago he was killed in an automobile accident. He helped me with everything from working on trucks to teaching me a life lesson. He was a hardworking man at work and at home. He loved the beach, thanksgiving and Christmas because he would get to spend time with family. I remember sitting on the beach with him listening to music, he loved his music. He was such a good man and I will always be grateful for him.

What season do you like the best?

I love fall because the leaves change colors and my birthday is in October. The weather is not too hot nor too cold it is perfect. When the leaves change and fall it is so beautiful. My favorite thing about fall is having hot chocolate and big blankets to keep me warm. I also like fall because of all the holidays. I am very family oriented so having the family together during holidays makes me happy.

Where are you from?

I am from Chesapeake, Virginia. I had moved to upstate New York when I was about 7. I moved back to Virginia when I was going into the sixth grade. Times were not that great and me and my family moved back to New York where I started my 7th grade year there. I spent up to 11th grade in New York, then my papa had passed away in an automobile accident and me and my family had to come back to Virginia to take care of my grandma. So I have been a back and forth between New York and Virginia.

Describe your first girlfriend or boyfriend.

I had met my girlfriend Ella in middle school. We were together for almost a year and a half  then we broke up. Time went by and we got back together when I was a sophomore. We have been together ever since. She has grown into an amazing woman. She is a junior in college and she is headstrong. Ella is very athletic, she plays soccer at North Carolina State University. She is smart and she is majoring in electrical engineering. Ella is very outgoing and there is never a dull moment with her.
