Cybersecurity and privacy best practices are not just technical issues. People also play a major role in ensuring sensitive information stays secure. Even if a company has strong security systems, human error can also create vulnerabilities that could put an entire organization at risk. While policies are important, proper training is also vital to ensure employees understand the security risks.

One example I have is from the military. Security procedures were taken very seriously because a single mistake could jeopardize an entire mission. We were required to undergo constant training, follow strict protocols, and remain aware of potential threats at all times. 

Overall, this showed me that cybersecurity is more than just about technology. It is about proper communication, accountability, and training to ensure strong security.
