This collection management plan was developed after an analysis of Holland Elementary School’s community and collection.  Once fully analyzed, a plan was developed to improve the collection to reflect that of it’s users.  The plan consisted of three main components: expanding the cultural and ethnic diversity of it’s collection, broadening it’s eBook and audiobook resources to cater to diverse learners, and widening its outreach and community partners.
