For this assignment for LIBS 676, I had to select a stakeholder group, discuss a concern they may have and then offer three strategies to address them. For my stakeholder group, I selected students. One student complaint I heard regularly in the school I worked at previously was check out limitations on graphic novels; which led me to select this as my concern. My strategies for addressing this concern included using student feedback to help with purchasing decisions, raising awareness to the SORA ebook program and introducing students to alternative books that compliment graphic novels.
