I agree that new technologies can be intimidating. I hope to approach it as play so that it is more fun. I’m curious what new technologies are on the way and what type of library job I have that may allow me to continue to explore!
As Dr. Kimmel mentioned, it’s probably a good idea to archive our work in class outside Canvas. I don’t have everything saved from my previous courses, partly because I thought Blackboard would store that data for a long while. Of course, now that we have Canvas as our LMS, that coursework is gone, so I agree with your plan to archive the tools we’ve learned. I too would not have explored all of the applications we’ve learned about if it wasn’t for our class.
I like your plan! I bookmarked and archived everything I learned in this course. Even as a techie, I discovered new applications to add to my librarian toolbox. Technology can be intimidating, but with practice, you’ll get it in no time!
Great plan! As we progress from being students to professionals, we can continuously keep using (and pruning, as needed) our resources. I agree, too, that I feel more comfortable and confident after taking this class. Thanks for sharing!

I like your plan. I, too, have learned a lot this semester. I am so glad you feel more confident in your technology abilities. 🙂 Great job!
