  1. I think coding has a lot of trial and error moments until you get in the groove of the “language” to make things do what you want. I agree with you on doing some of these kinds of activities in our free time. Great post!

  2. Your coding experience sounds much more fun and entertaining than how I learned it! I agree with Lisa that once you understand the “language,” it becomes much easier to create what you want. You inspired me to explore Code.org to understand how students learn to code. Great job!

  3. I surprised to find that I found the coding fun too! Unfortunately, when I have free time I read and I forget that there are other activities that I could do. I should remember that I can do more of these tutorials for fun!

  4. I hadn’t thought of coding as telling a story, but that makes a lot of sense. When I think of it in those terms, it doesn’t seem so daunting.
