1 major that relates to cybersecurity is Cybercrime. Currently, my major is Cybercrime. Cybercrime deals with crimes that occur via the internet, and it is in the name itself. A second major that could relate to cybersecurity is Criminal Justice. My original major was Criminal Justice, but I changed it to Cybercrime because I believed it could open more doors for me. This major relates to cybersecurity because in order for someone who deals with cybercrime, they need to know the law and how it works. A third major that relates to cybersecurity is computer science. Computers science majors design softwares and solve problems using computer technologies. While designing these things they must put together protective software programs and this uses elements of cybersecurity because they are also securing the network or software they are creating. Lastly, and fourth major that relates to cybersecurity is business management. Business majors may use intelligent analysts and marketing coordinators and these jobs may create websites for their business so they must use secure networks to build these websites and secure methods of payments so they can safely run a business. All of these majors use at least 1 of the frameworks.
