Reflection 3

            During the third week of my internship for Tower Federal Credit Union’s information security department, I began to make corrections to my playbooks. As I gathered more information and knowledge of the different processes and began to see different directions I can go with the playbooks. After two days of considering different approaches towards my project I completed my final draft.

            The next few days I did not have much to do because I finished my project earlier than expected. I began to prepare a presentation to show my department my final product, creating notecards and rehearsing so I can be as prepared as possible.

            In the end, my presentation went well for it being my first time. I take each moment as a chance to learn for my next opportunity. While presenting I relied too much on my notecards, instead of speaking from knowledge and addressing my audience properly with more confidence. Everyone congratulated me on a job well done, which was exciting. There is always room for improvement, and I am looking forward to the next time I am given the opportunity to present.
