Components of a business

1.) Some other components of a business which are are supply chain and Technical support.

2.) The various components fit into the organization in various departments based on the functions. For instance The higher leadership(CEO, CFO, Exc.) is the main overseer of the organizations but in their main departments. Excluding CEO which oversees the entire organization. Also they could fit into Operations, Finance & accounting, HR, Sales, Supply, IT, and Legal. The many components of a business have many uses in a major company/s.

3.) They fit in the organization within the operations department and works closely with other business. It also depends on the structure of the company. Tech support usually fits into the technology or “IT” area of the company which uses software tools to help optimize and help areas in need for the company.

4.) Some roles and responsibilities of being in IT are depending on what role/position you have being on the IT team. CIO (Chief information officer) Manages IT budgets and tech investments, IT manager leads the IT teams, Network Engineer designs, installs and maintains systems within the company. There are many roles within the IT area and there are many opportunities or responsibilities within those roles inside the many companies we have today.

5.) IT itself should be organized by a structure to maintain efficiency and security. There should also be many different roles with people that specialize in those roles for said efficiency. For instance, A executive leadership role, IT operations. Software Dev. Risk management, and Data analyst.
