my name is Nathan Reid i am a freshmen at ODU studying history so that i can become a public school teacher. I love history so much because it is so interesting to see how we got to where we are now.My dream of becoming a teacher came from how much joy i find in talking to people about history, and their points of view differ from my own I am not a fan of math i think it annoying and tedious. In my pass time i like to play video games, read, and watch anime. my favorite book would have to be Brandon Sanderson’s  the way of kings. collage has been a life changing experience for me. it has taught me to be self reliant and to pay better attention to what a teacher is saying. one of my other dreams is to start a black smiths forge i want to do this because i always loved swords and wanted to make my own.
