Purpose of Assignment
After having the opportunity to learn various theories that have contributed to the ideas of nursing, we now are given the task to express any desired theory that we strongly abide by through any form of art or medium.
Music
Music can be seen as a universal language. There are many individuals who prefer speaking through rhyme and rhythm to convey messages that may be overlooked when spoken with no passion. For my Nursing philosophy, I wanted to emphasize the kind of care from nursing that revolves around mutual respect, understanding, and protection that is shared between the nurse and patient. I decided to reach my audience by expressing my views on nursing through song and music.

Future Goals
Short-term goals:
- Discover my main field of interest
- Enhance my strengths and understand my weaknesses
- Create strong connections and relationships within the nursing community
Long-term goals:
- Graduate with my B.S.N and pass NCLEX
- Work as an RN for a period of time to gain experience
- Travel nursing
- Return to school and obtain Master’s Degree to broaden options
